MKC Hydrogen Testing Ground Project is under negotiation at ministerial level in Abu Dhabi

The joint project of MKC for Power Solutions LLC., MIPT and Khalifa University was discussed at ministerial level.
As part of the official visit of the delegation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation to the United Arab Emirates, a meeting between Dmitry Livanov, Head of MIPT, the officials of Khalifa University and MKC for Power Solutions LLC. was held. 

On March 8, the Russian delegation headed by Valery Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation had a meeting with Ahmad bin Abdullah Humaid Belhoul Al Falasi,  the UAE Minister of Education, Sarah Al Amiri, the UAE Minister of State for Public Education and Advanced Technology and Sara Musallam, the UAE Minister of State for Early Education, in Abu Dhabi.

The parties discussed issues of the Russian-Emirati cooperation in the field of higher education and science. Moreover, the Russian delegation visited Khalifa University of Science and Technology.

The current issues related to the interaction between the two universities were discussed at the meeting with the participation of Dmitry Livanov, Head of MIPT and the heads of MKC for Power Solutions LLC. Special attention was paid to implementing a joint project of the hydrogen testing ground construction.

The project which provides for the construction of a unique joint laboratory to operate independently using hydrogen and renewable energy sourcesб is being implemented with the organizational and technical support of MKC for Power Solutions LLC.  As Dmitry Livanov noted, this project is one of the most significant MIPT international projects of today.
