Our production site

The metalworks production is carried out at the own production site of the MKC Group of Companies, located in Chelyabinsk. Works are carried out according to the drawings provided by the customers or according to the design documentation developed by the company's design department. The MKC production site is over 4200 square meters and is equipped with all necessary high-tech equipment.

Quality control of metal products includes a list of various measures. The accompanying documents, the packaging and the marking condition are initially studied. The geometric characteristics and condition of the surface (flexibility, cavities, cracks and other deformations) are then checked. Further are studied the chemical composition and mechanical strength.

Metal treatment, shaping
Metal treatment is carried out by the MKC specialists with the use of modern technologies. This includes bending (sections, angles production with a sheet bending machine); polishing and grinding (haze or gloss imparting, irregularities treatment); cutting (laser and semi-automatic, transverse and longitudinal separation with a guillotine machine).

Base metal treatment with special compositions; anticorrosion coating application to the metal structures
Metal products have high sensitivity to the negative environmental effects: humidity, temperature, etc. Processing with special compositions helps to increase the structures stability. For example, zinc composition preventing corrosion, as well as the flame retardant coating slowing the ignition processes.

Welding, bolting or rivets – structures assembly to modules
When installing the steel structures, it is necessary to connect them to the frame by means of bolts, rivets or welding. Bolted connections are detachable, easy to implement and can be made without special equipment. Permanent joints include welding, which is used most frequently. Heavy structures with heavy loads involve the use of rivets.

Ready parts painting
Metalworks production is completed by the parts painting. Today the most advanced method is powder painting. Before painting the article is degreased and cleaned. A tight-fitting powder is then applied by a spray gun. The parts are then heated in the chamber and the coating solidifies reliably under the influence of temperature. Such a method is characterized by durability, cost-effectiveness, aesthetic appearance.
